I was trying to find some replacement Dexter axles and was working with my Local trailer dealer in Michigan. The dealer network was unresponsive and could not answer any of my questions regarding what replacement axles I require. I called Blue Swift and spoke with Carson. Carson was awesome, he reviewed the pictures and measurements I sent and was able to recommend a modification to the custom axles he was building. Carson is the epitome of what a customer sales representative should be. He is knowledgeable, patient and very outgoing. My experience was fantastic. I worked with Daylon as I could not figure out the degree. He worked me through it and the axles bolted up perfectly. I just drove over 1,000 mile and no problems. My axles arrived in about 10 days after ordering and the price was great. I know where to turn to if I need more axles.

The back axle on my 26’ Grand Design rv bent while on a trip. I made it home, researched the problem and found the axle is minimum capacity. I saw this company online and after talking to Carson had a heavier one built. It fit perfectly. I used the rv and it tracks correctly
Just FYI- I’m 79 years old and using one floor jack, one bottle jack and hand wrenches I removed and replaced it by myself in a day (including breaks and naps) lol

Broke down on side of the highway about an hour away from their place. I called them, told them the problem and the axle that I needed, they told me it was a custom axle and they would have to build it. They put it on the top of their priority list and had a complete axle built in two hours and gave me an hour heads up to head their way. I just got my axle today it appears to be the same kind i will be posting again once installed. But customer service was great when I called for a up date there we're very friendly. I reached out to blueshift axles, and was very pleased with the information, they provided for me, I was able to build my axles an inch larger than what I had, and it solved the issue I was having with rubbing on the inner fenders, after speaking with them, we moved forward on the build of the axles, within a week and a half, they were completed and shipped to me, it could not have gone smoother, I received them on a Friday, packaged very nicely, and were installed by Saturday afternoon!! We, unfortunately bought out torsion axles from another company for our boat trailer. That company would NEVER even return our phone calls nor emails for the questions we had. In desperation I called Daylon from BLUESWIFTAXLES in DesMoines. He answered all the questions we had immediately about the Torsion angle, weight, how to set up etc. I will always be doing service with them from now on. Their customer service is second to none. A torsion axle went bad on our camper just as we arrived in Copper Harbor, MI. That is 7 hours from our home and we needed to get the camper out of that area within a couple weeks because winter sets in early there and they get up to 250" of snow per year so we couldn't leave our camper there for any length of time. The camper had Dexter axles so we contacted Dexter for new ones as well as sending them all the original info from the originals; when we spoke to them of our urgent situation they said, "we get a hundred of these calls everyday" it took them a week to get me a price and the expected delivery was up to 4 weeks after we accepted the proposal. I found Blueswift on the internet reached out to them late Sunday evening, they called me by phone Monday morning, gave me a price while on the phone, we paid them an extra fee for "quick turn-around" and on Thursday morning at 10am I recieved a phone call from a trucking company that the axles would be delivered to the campsite in Copper Harbor by noon......My wife and I went to Copper harbor on Friday, installed the axles(they fit perfectly!!!!!!!!) and had our camper safely home before any of the feared weather started............This is truely a wonderful experience!!!!!!Jeff RiebeOctober 31, 2024
